The Miller Hill Infrastructure Project included developing a ready to advertise set of bid documents for construction of the infrastructure that potential future projects in the surrounding area. Included was a housing facility for 184 people, an Equipment Maintenance Facility, a Headquarters facility, and three Operations Facilities. The project also included a Remote Switching Unit (RSU) that will serve the Miller Hill development. Understanding the infrastructure demands for each building was essential for development of a functional infrastructure plan. The expectations were the infrastructure project would provide street access and all utilities needed to support the Complex.
